Ingredients
2/3 cup Brown sugar
1/8 cup coarse salt
2 Tbl. Spoon garlic powder or granulated
2 Tbl. Spoon onion powder or granulated
2 Tbl. Spoon Ground Mustard
1 Tsp. Cayenne pepper (Add more if more heat desired)
2 Tsp. Paprika |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and rub onto 3 racks of ribs.
Place in foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (Overnight preferred)
Grill the ribs to brown the outside, add BBQ sauce and grill the sauce on the ribs to caramelize.
Remove the ribs from the grill and wrap in foil tightly.
Place wrapped ribs in the oven @ 220 degrees for 2 hours, then 1 hour at 375, then serve. Add more BBQ sauce for desired taste. |
